1. Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes, shopping at bellafigurausa.com is safe. Our site is protected by SSL encryption technology. When you are in the shopping cart, you will see the little lockbox, letting you know that the encryption is on and working.
2. I don’t like my purchase and want to return it. What do I do?
If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a full refund within 18 days of purchase. (Returns must be unused and in the state you received them.)
Follow our 3 easy steps. First, call or email to let us know you
will be returning an item. This is for your protection so we can
be on the alert for your package. When you have the return authorization
number from
us, write it down on the Return Policy form, and enclose the form
with your item. And lastly, use the original packaging to send the
return to us. That’s
it – easy as can be. (Please insure the item for your protection.)
Please Note: Custom orders and sale items do not qualify for return
or refund.
3. How long will it take before I receive my order?
Standard shipping, with both UPS Ground and UPSP First Class, generally
takes between 5 to 8 business days. Some pieces are shipped directly
from the artisan (for example, some pieces in the Alan Lee stemware
collections.) Please allow 2-3 weeks for these items.
4. What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa and MasterCard. Also, you may choose to pay through PayPal, and use any of their payment options.
5. Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
We’re so sorry; but at this time, we do not ship outside of the US.
6. What are the shipping charges for returning an order?
We let you select the carrier, so you can chose the option that is most economical for you. Again, for your own protection, please make sure the item is insured.
7. Do you have a catalog?
Not at this time. It’s one small way to do our part in saving some trees!
8. Do you charge sales tax?
By law, we are required to collect a 5% sales tax on all orders being shipped to a Virginia address. No sales tax is collected on other orders.
9. I signed up on the mailing list but didn't receive my 10% discount coupon.
What do I do now?
Oh my. We do apologize for the inconvenience. This happens very
rarely; but occasionally an email provider will strip images from
the email messages you recieve. If this has happened to you, don't
worry. Go ahead and place your order, and in the instructions section,
note that you're on the email list but didn't recieve your Welcome
coupon. We'll credit your account for the 10% - easy as can be!
